Time is precious. We need to forget the past, cherish the present, and shape our future in accordance with God's will.

TeaserLong

Let us review our past actions and make resolutions for the future. If in the past we have wasted the time that God had entrusted to us, we should now learn to cherish the time ahead of us. Paul tells us life is "to gain Christ," and with this goal in mind we will be able to forget what lies behind us and strive forward to what is ahead. If in the past we have submitted to indulgence and failed to live up to the standards expected by God, now is the time to repent. If in the past we have done much, there are still many things we have to do in terms of our responsibilities, relationships, and service to God.
