Ironically, the more we stray from our faith and zeal, the less trouble and worry we seem to have. Has complacency blinded us from our zeal for God?

TeaserLong

The story of Moses began with God sparing his life. Moses' duty was then to free his people from the bondage of slavery. When he saw his brethren being abused by an Egyptian, he killed the Egyptian. Not only was he not thanked, but his authority was challenged. It was then that Moses fled Egypt and started a new life, a peaceful and undisturbed life. Therefore, when God called Moses to work for him, he had many excuses of why he was not capable of doing God's work. Perhaps you are like Moses and are very zealous of your belief in the beginning, but we turn away from God when criticisms strike. When God calls on us, we should take a stand and accept the responsibility. We should follow in the footsteps of Moses when he eventually took courage and freed God's people from the bondage of sin.
