Welcome to tjc.org, the Web site prepared and maintained by the General Assembly of the True Jesus Church, USA on behalf of the International Assembly of the True Jesus Church. In this Terms of Use ("TOU"), these two parties are referred to as "TJC". The TJC Web site ("the Web site" or "this Web site") is an online information and communications service provided by TJC (referred to as "TJC", "we", "us", or "our" herein) for your use subject to your compliance with the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before accessing or using the Web site.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this Web site or any content and features presented in any and all areas of the Web site, you signify your assent to all of the terms, conditions, policies and notices stated on the Web site and in the TOU. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please do not use this Web site.

TJC reserves the right to update the TOU at any time without notice to you. Any changes to the TOU shall be effective immediately following the posting of such changes on the Web site. TJC is trademark of True Jesus Church in the United States of America and other countries. Other TJC graphics, logos, and service names are trademarks or service marks of TJC. TJC's trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not TJC's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among viewers or in any manner that disparages or discredits TJC. All other trademarks on the Web site are the property of their respective owners.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

The Web site is owned and operated by TJC. TJC hereby grants you a personal, non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable privilege to use and display the material contained in the Web site. You may view, print and download portions of material from the different areas of the Web site solely for your own non-commercial use. Code of Conduct

This Web site is administered by TJC from its offices in Anaheim, California, USA. TJC makes no representation that materials at this Web site are appropriate or available for use outside the United States, and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Further, use of the Web site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. You may not use or export or re-export the materials at this Web site or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations including without limitation U.S. export laws and regulations.
